He leans toward blogging a bit too much for my taste – basically, there should be a blog unless you need to sequester your CEO where he can’t possibly talk to anyone, but it doesn’t matter. Holtz makes several good points about how to blog, how it fits with the other communication tools and, should you get there, how to convince your chain of command that it should be done.
